    During the COVID-19 lockdowns in spring 2020, I started the popular Instagram account, “CovidClassics,” with my wife and our two neighbors. We challenged ourselves to recreate a famous work of art every day for a month using only items we had in our house and no post-processing of any of the images. I fabricated props, constructed backdrops, rigged and tuned lighting, blocked scenes, directed models, operated the camera, and managed communications with members of the press and our fan base.
