Assay Control Unit
This is a medical device for the detection of blood- and food-borne pathogens. In addition to designing the microfluidic cartridge for these tests, I also designed all the mechanical components of the device, including the pneumatic pumping system, lid mechanism, cartridge alignment features, liquid-air barriers, and performance testing apparatus.
